I'm rubbish with coding and really want to offer my Star Wars pets (Yoda and Vader) the chance at legitimate profiles. The thing is, I have never had someone design a pet profile for me.. and I really don't want to go in sounding completely insane, and looking to spend too little, and finding no assistance heh..

So my question is, what, on average is the pricing on a pet profile? And how, for the most part, does this go about? Do you, the owner of the pet, get the most creative input on what images to use, what fonts look best, etc, or is it best to just let the person designing the profile go crazy and hope in the end you like what you see?

For prices I'd suggest checking the profiles & graphics forum. Prices vary a lot. There are users offering really check profiles at around 1 mil sP, then there are people that offer them for 500 CSC (like myself) and other people charge 1000 CSC. And there are probably people inbetween.

As for the creative process: The amount of creative freedom I've been given has really varied but the most common thing is that the commissioner (the owner of the pet) gives and image they want used and sometimes they also give a general feel for the profile. The profile maker usually provides at least one WIP where the comissioner can request changes. Sometimes people also tell me which of the profiles I've made they have liked in particular or link me to some other profile they like which can help to match their taste.
